Hearing impaired clients can be make appointments by texting (714-466-0919) or via California Relay Service (CRS).
Payments are due at the time of the appointment, and can be made in cash or check.
Clients are required to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Introductory Paperwork
In order to have a solid starting point so that I can better learn about you, your cooperation in filling out the initial paperwork will allow us to get started more quickly. When you schedule your first appointment, you can request that forms either be mailed or e-mailed to you.
The First Session
During the first session we will review your intake information, go over my office policies, and clarify questions you may have.
